Yup, thats what it does (what you said, not what t'other person said!). All
that the CPU is used for in the case of the mixer program with the
Soundblaster is working out the percentages of what to adjust the volumes
and balances of the settings at the time, i.e next to nowt :-) DSP does all
the volume setting up kinda stuff
